Hi I’m Steve, I’m retired and I’ve self converted my van into a campervan.
I started off just to try it out never done this before, 1st it was just 4 days that was 2 years and 42500 miles ago. I love it when I’m away I don’t really want to go home and when I’m at home I can’t wait to get away again. Now I’m getting away 2 to 3 weeks a month.
The 1st year it was all around the coast of England, Scotland and Wales plus most of the Inner Hebrides. Last year Orkney and Shetland Isles, Outer Hebrides, Ireland the Wild Atlantic Way and it was wild with Storm Amy. This year its back to places throughout the UK where I’d like to spend a few days and the central parts of the UK.
I’ve started this website up to take you with me and share my experiences along the way. 1st time I’ve made a website so you’ll have to bear with me hopefully it will get better as I go along.
Each individual trip will be as above “January 2026” and also in the top righthand corner there’s a couple of lines that’ll be a menu of things that’ll help people who decide to do similar.
