Day 5 19th

When you travel long journeys in a Campervan days like today are what I’d call low days, Diarrhea is bad at home when a toilet is only 2 seconds away but in a campervan it’s the pitts, but I’m glad I built a portable toilet into my van just incase of emergencies and this was one of those emergencies lol. After a night mostly sat on the toilet, this morning feeling exhausted and literally drained I managed to eat some porridge and a banana. Final gathered enough strength to go into town and find a local pharmacy for some Imodium. Few groceries at local Spar shop that’s me done.

Back on site, medicated, then plenty of sleep, that was the end of my day.
